Our exposure is to both the commercial business that benefits from operational margins as well as the infrastructure that generates the long-term stable income.

This model is called Infrastructure as a Service and it means our income is largely dependent on the performance of our assets. Our permanent capital structure provides a stable funding base throughout the entire life cycle of our assets.
